Very user friendly n convenient

I saw this app during Salesforce keynote and then received an important email with an attachment I needed to print. I set up the app effortlessly and send the doc to the tradeshow floor for printing and pickup...incredible!! This is so fantastic for business travel and reduces much of the past complexity required to print from an iPhone. I am a fan and will be using this app a lot going forward. Thanks HP!!

Love the ease of the app!! Has saved me printing time on many occasions!!

Being somewhat new to the tablet computing world, I have found that the HP printing apps. provide a valuable service in being able to obtain printed copies of documents when traveling around. IMHO, this convenience trumps any cavil regarding opinions of the user interface design.

Convenient and easy to usr

It makes printing so convenient! I can print before I bike to my university campus and pick up my paper on the way over there! It is quite user friendly! Plus, it is easy for someone else to pick up what I print (like a friend, not like a hack or stranger).

If ever your short on time and printer availability, this app will be your saving grace. You have a ton of different options in terms of uploading and printing and it gets the job done in half the time. I love this app! Its perfect for busy professionals as well as students.

Disappointing.

The app worked great under iOS 7. I discovered this morning when I attempted to set up a document for printing that when printing from Dropbox I could only see down two folder levels. When I was I Using it in iOS 7 I browsed files deeper than that. Bummer. I hope to see the functionality return.

I live in a city, very close to both the FedEx Kinko’s and to a UPS Store. It’s cheaper to print-on-demand with this app than to buy a printer and hassle with ink, paper, etc. Though FedEx sometimes has unexpected glitches (call first before uploading file!), they’re way better than the local UPS Store, which doesn’t know anything about the service at all. #fail

I dont think its ready for use. IT CRASHES during setup

Select file. Upload. Select print shop. Go there. Put in code. It prints. No hassle.

Great app for those on the go!

I use this app all the time for important documents or for a lot of work related service aids that are emailed to me daily. I have had this app on my iPhone for 3 years now and its always up to date with any software changes. I truly ENJOY this app!!!!! Thank you HP keep up the GREAT work!!!

Dont know why I have so much trouble network printing at home but its so hit & miss I end up using this app a lot. It works for what I need it for - basic printing. I dont need to print much so this also works better than constantly buying printer cartridges which dry out long before I come close to using them up.

Once everything loads, very nice to be able to s be sprint job then go pick it up. Frequently need to print remotely with items on my web pages, this makes it easy to send.
