App has been crashing a lot since the update. So when hp will fix this?????

Does not work with FedEx or UPS as advertised, and has no other real use. DO NOT EVEN TRY IT. I told you so...

Hey HP ePrint? How do you justify your vendor charging $2.75 for one BW print? #ripoff

I love the app and have never had an issue at the FedEx office I go to, however I would like to be able to select multiple files at once and print them all under the same print code. It is bothersome to select files individually and have multiple print codes. It wastes time at the FedEx printer station and on the iPhone; it is also bothersome to have multiple confirmation emails for each print code file. Ive yet to be able to access Dropbox AT the FedEx printer terminal; I assume it is a FedEx issue and while Ive complained nothing has been done about it. Dropbox works fine on my iPhone 4 and iOS 6.x

Dont bother unless you want photos printed to regular paper. What a waste of time. Come on HP and Fed Ex Kinkos: get with the program.

I went to the local agent to retrieve my printout. They have never heard of this service. I had to email the documents to them for printing. This app was beyond useless.

I dont know why everyone else is having problems with this app. It works perfectly fine for me. I work at FedEx Office and every customer Ive recommended the app to hasnt had any problems printing either, in face they love the app too. Only a few times have I had an error with the app and its usually when Im trying to send large files.

In Settings there is no Page Range. I dont want to print all pages. I need that option. We have option Page Range in the default Print from iOS but there are no options for Color and Quality. Everything else is great. Thank You.

Got the code and printed at FedEx Office. Worked great! :)

Got to the UPS store and I had to email my document anyway which cost $5 just to pull up. This app was a total waste of time.

It works all right , I have tried it at FedEx, but it needs some work and features . Like it .

I just downloaded the app at my FedEx Kinko guys urging and it is absolutely useless. Wont load any more emails but a couple, one entirely unrelated to my search. Ridiculous. I have IPhone 4S if that helps anyone determine yay or nay. I am über nay.

Very useful if you are on the go and need to print documents that are on your phone.

Not for printing on your own HP printer unless you own a retail print store of the listed variety! No good at home!!!

WorthlessWorthlessWorthlessWorthlessWorthless Didnt send second page. Wants my email and my Dropbox. Cant send local files. In browser print translates from local file format to page-broken PDF.

I dislike the process fed ex uses for local & remote printing ... Slow & tedious, but this sends my documents to them to be printed on b/w or color ... Not for photos @ fed ex. Havent yet tried printing elsewhere.

I like that the app is now compatible with ios7, but I strongly believe that the previous design of the app was better. Easier to navigate. It looked better. Nice and sleek. If possible, please go back to old design
